Certified New-Home Builder
The Certified New Home Builder Program recognizes builders who achieve a benchmark level of satisfaction among new homebuyers. The program helps prospective new-home owners identify builders that are committed to providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
About the Application Process
The Certified New-Home Builder Program is open to all new-home builders in markets not surveyed in the National Syndicated New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study. Certified homebuilders must achieve and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the new-home owner experience.
To apply, the builder must submit a formal application for the division requesting certification. A new-home owner satisfaction survey based on the most recent National Syndicated New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study will be mailed to a representative sample of new-home buyers in a given market area.
To achieve certification, the service provider must meet or exceed a benchmark score as measured by the study. When the research is completed, a management report is provided detailing the study findings. Even if you do not qualify, you will benefit from the information contained in this evaluation. Certification will be valid for one year from the date of the initial award.
