Mr. Dougherty is currently developing a suite of satisfaction studies in healthcare including Medicare Part D beneficiary satisfaction studies covering standalone PDPs and Medicare Advantage plans; the National Health Plan Satisfaction Study, which focuses on the commercial health plan market; and the Retail Pharmacy Satisfaction Study.

David L. Stefan - Executive Director
David Stefan is an Executive Director in the Healthcare Practice at J.D. Power and Associates. He is responsible for research product design and development across multiple healthcare sectors. Mr. Stefan works with clients to bridge research results to critical client business issues.

Kevin Lieb - Director
Kevin Lieb is the Director, Provider Programs for the Healthcare Practice at J.D. Power and Associates. He is responsible for directing overall business development and client relationship efforts with hospitals and has recently extended his expertise to health systems and managed care platforms.
